Meet Meredith – The Eye Behind the Lens
I'm Meredith Briggs
Hi, I’m Meredith, the photographer behind Bygone Photography.
My love for photography began at just six years old when my Uncle Mick gave me my first camera — and I haven’t looked back since. For me, photography is more than just capturing beautiful images; it’s an escape, a passion, and a way to see the world through a softer, more meaningful lens.
Based in Lake Bolac, I specialise in photographing landscapes, buildings, and now — thanks to a growing confidence and a few gentle nudges — I also offer portrait, family, corporate, and homestead photography. I’ve been fortunate to win several awards for my work and have proudly displayed my prints in local galleries, cafés, and businesses across western Victoria.
What I love most is helping others preserve the quiet, powerful moments that might otherwise be missed. If you’re after photos that feel real, grounded, and deeply personal — you’re in the right place.
Let’s create something lasting.
